A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA UPHOLDING THE DECISION
OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR TO DENY APPEAL
NO. 341 ON MINOR EXCEPTION PERMIT NO. 74-17

BE IT RESOLVED that, based upon the findin~of fact
of the Zoning Administrator and testimony presented before
the City Council at its public hearing on August 19, 1974,
the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby denies Appeal
No. 341 appealing the Zoning Administrator's denial of Minor
Exception 74-17 to allow on sale liquor in an existing cafeteria
which is located within 300' of residences at 1305 West Santa
Ana Boulevard, Santa Ana, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its adjourned regular meeting held on the 9th
day of September , 1974.
