Providing and giving
notice of Special Municipal
Election Nov. 6, 1956

On motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Heinly and cerried, the reading of the
Ordinance was waived. On motion of CJ. unc~lmsn Jerome, seconded by Heinly and car-
ried, the following Ordinance entitled:
"Ordinance No. NS-203 of the City of Santa Ana, California,
ordering, c~71ing, providing for and giving notice of a
~pecial Municipal Election to be held in the City of Santa
Aha on the 6th day of November, 1956, for the purpose of
submitting to the ~]ified voters of said City a proposition
to incur bonded indebtedness by said City for a certain
municipal improvement and consolidating said election with the
General Election to be held on said date"
was considered and passed by the following vote:

The Council having unauimously waived the reszling of the B~solution, on motion of
Councilman Heinly, seconded by Markel and carried, the following Resolution entitled
"Resolution No. 56-235 of the City Council of the City of
Santa Aha, California, requesting the Board of Supervisors
to grant permission for the consolidation of a Special City
Bond Election to be held November 6, 1956, with the Statewide
General Election to be held on the same date"
was considered and passed by the following vote:
