A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COL~NCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION
74-47 TO ESTABLISH FEES FOR FINGERPRINTING
SERVICES
WHEREAS, Section 10-42 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code
has been amended to provide that the City Council shall esta-
blish, by resolution, fees for fingerprinting services provi-
ded by the City upon request, except in certain listed excep-
tions for which no charge is to be made, and
WHEREAS, Resolution 74-47 establishes the fees charged
by the City for services and miscellaneous sales effective
July 1, 1974.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That Resolution
74-47 be and hereby is amended by adding, to the fees listed
therein, the following charges effective as of the date of pas-
sage of this amending Resolution, all other provisions and fees
in Resolution 74-47 to remain in full force and effect as here-
tofore adopted:
