A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE EXPENDI-
TURE OF MONEY FROM THE CITY COUNCIL-REDEV-
ELOPMENT AGENCY REVOLVING FUND 109-134 FOR
THE ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA
BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR
THE PURPOSE OF ASSEMBLING A SITE FOR SENIOR
CITIZENS HOUSING
WHEREAS, Health and Safety Code Section 33622 of the
Community Redevelopment Law provides that by resolution of
the City Council adopted by a majority vote, any money in
the Redevelopment Agency revolving fund may be expended from
time to time for the acquisition of real property in the Project
Area; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
is desirous of expending funds from the City Council-Redevelop-
ment Agency revolving fund, 109-134-611 Land, for the purpose
of allowing the Community Redevelopment Agency to acquire and
assemble properties for the Senior Citizens Housing Site; and
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency is desirous
of acquiring the real property hereafter described for the
purposes of acquiring a site for Senior Citizens Housing, which
real property is hereafter described and which is situated within
the City of Santa Ana Community Redevelopment Project Area, and
has been appraised for the Community Redevelopment Agency of
the City of Santa Ana by John Donahue, a qualified real estate
appraiser; and
WHEREAS, the total purchase price of said properties and
other disbursements provided for hereinafter does not exceed the
amount of such appraisal;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Finance Director of the City of Santa Ana,
as authorized by the City Manager, is hereby authorized to dis-
burse funds from the City Council-Redevelopment Agency revolving
fund 109-134, Activity 611-Land, for the acquisition of the
following described parcels of real property for the following
described amounts as appraised by John Donahue, a qualified real
estate appraiser, for the purpose of assembling a site for Senior
Citizens Housing:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the expenditure of said
monies on behalf of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Santa Ana is hereby declared to be a loan from the
City of Santa Ana to the Community Redevelopment Agency, pur-
suant to the terms of that certain agreement dated March 12,
1973, between the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City
of Santa Ana and the City of Santa Ana specifying that said
loan shall be repaid by the Agency to the City Council-Redevelop-
ment Agency Revolving Fund at such time as the Agency may be
able to repay with interest at seven percent per annum.

line. of said alley; thence Easterly 416.7 feet along said
North line to the Southeast corner of Lot 28 of said Park
