A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA REQUESTING THE GARDEN GROVE SANITARY
DISTRICT TO WAIVE CERTAIN FEES REQUIRED FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A PARK AT 2140 WEST EDNA DRIVE
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana is presently constructing
a park at 2140 West Edna Drive; and
WHEREAS, said park will not only benefit the residents
of Santa Ana but also citizens utilizing the Santa Ana River
Greenbelt, Equestrian and Bike Trail Routes; and
WHEREAS, certain fees are required for the completion of
construction of said park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Santa Ana does hereby request the Garden Grove
Sanitary District Board of Directors to waive payment of annexa-
tion fees at $400.00 per acre, sewer service use fees, and on
site inspection fees.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana at its adjourned regular meeting held on
the 14th day of Apr±l , 1975.
