A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
APPOINTING A HEARING OFFICER IN THE REVOCATION HEARING
REGARDING THE MASSAGE TECHNICIAN PERMITS OF MS. ANNE DYSARD,
MS. LEONA A. BUZZARD AND MS. RITA FARRELL
WHEREAS, the City Manager, on March 14, 1975, suspended the
Massage Technician Permit of Ms. Anne Dysard, Ms. Leona A. Buzzard and Ms.
Rita Farrell and notified them in writing of such suspension; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Anne Dysard, Ms. Leona A. Buzzard and Ms. Rita
Farrell have filed timely appeals requesting a hearing on the administrative
decision to revoke their permits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of Santa
Ana, pursuant to the provisions of Section 3-3(2) of the Santa Ana Municipal
Code, does appoint Robert Polis to act as hearing officer in the revocation
hearings of the massage technician permits of the above mentioned individuals.
Said hearings to be held on May 27 , 1975 in the Council Chambers
at 22 Civic Center Plaza.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Clerk of the Council shall
assume responsibility for the publication of the hearing as may be required
by law. The hearing shall be conducted in accordance with Sections 3-4 through
3-10 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code.
