A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA CONTINUING THE APPOINTMENT OF
CHARLES J. LIBERTO AS ACTING CITY ATTORNEY
AND ESTABLISHING CO~ENSATION THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, Charles J. Liberto has been Acting City Attorney
of the City of Santa Ana by appointment since April 7, 1975,
for a period of 30 days; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to continue said appoint-
ment from May 7, 1975, until the new City Attorney is on board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana that:
1. The appointment of Charles J. Liberto as Acting City
Attorney is continued until such time as the new City Attorney
is on board; and
2. From and after May 7, 1975, during the term that Charles
J. Liberto shall serve as Acting City Attorney, he shall receive
compensation in the amount of $3,000.00 per month.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
at its adjourned regular meeting held on the 12th day of
May , 1975.
