THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
CALIFORNIA, ORDERING CHANGES
TO THE WORKS OF IMPROVE-
TO BE CONSTRUCTED UNDER
DISTRICT PROCEEDINGS
DISTRICT NO. 239
WHEREAS, this City has adopted a Resolution
Covering preliminary Determi on relating to certain public
works of improvement in a speci assessment district, with
said proceedings to be to the terms and
provisions of the "Municipal ovement Act of 1913", being Divi-
sion 12 of the Streets and Highw~ Code of the State of Cali-
fornia, in a district known and as
ASSESSMENT CT NO. 239
WHEREAS, at this time, City Council has held and
conducted a public hearing on )osed works of improvement
and is desirous at this time to certain changes and modi-
fications to be made in the works ~f improvement as proposed
to be constructed under said proce!dings; and,

COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA,
RESOLVED BY THE CITY
, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the abov. recitals are all true and
correct.
SECTION 2. That the publ] ~ interest, convenience and
necessity require and this City Coun ~il hereby orders, certain
changes and modifications to be made in the works of improvement
as proposed to be constructed under proceedings, all as
said amendments and modifications shown~ on an attached
Exhibit "A" hereby referenced, attac! and incorporated.
SECTION 3. That the City El iineer is hereby ordered
to make the above changes and modil on the map as pre-
viously presented to this Board and safd changes and modifications
are for the best interests of the property owners within the
assessment district.
