RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
AND PROVIDING FOR CONTRIBUTION TO PAY
CERTAIN COSTS AND EXPENSES IN ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 239
WHEREAS, this City Council has by resolution declared
its intention to authorize the construction of certain works
of improvement pursuant to the terms and provisions of the
"Municipal Improvement Act of 1913", being Division 12 of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, in a spe-
cial assessment district in said City; and,
WHEREAS, this City Council, at this time, is desirous
of providing a contribution to pay a portion of the costs and
expenses of the work and proceedings; and,
WHEREAS, this City Council, pursuant to the provisions
of Section 10205 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State
of California may so provide for a contribution to pay a portion
of the costs and expenses, at any time prior to the confirmation
of the proceedings on said assessment district.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the above recitals are all true and
correct.
SECTION 2. That the City Council shall contribute the
sum of $ 80~340.00 , to be applied towards
the costs and expenses of the works of improvement as installed
and completed in what is known and designated as
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 239
Said funds shall be appropriated from
CITY OF SANTA ANA FUNDS
SECTION 3. That said contribution is authorized pur-
suant to Section 10205 of the "Municipal Improvement Act of
1913", being Division 12 of the Streets and Highways Code of
the State of California.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 14th day of July , 1975.
