RESOLUTION NO. 75-10t
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA SUPPORTING THE CONTINU-
ATION OF THE ORANGE COUNTY HEALTH PLANNING
COUNCIL AND ITS DESIGNATION AS THE "HEALTH
SYSTEMS AGENC¥'FOR THE ORANGE COUNTY AREA
WHEREAS, when comprehensive health planning was first
in California, ~Orange County was part of the eight-county S¢
California Comprehensive Health Planning Agency; and
WHEREAS, the Southern California Comprehensive Heal
Agency was dissolved in 1971 with its constituent
with Orange County having been declared as a separate
area for health planning purposes; and

NOW, THEREFOP~E, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana that it does hereby express its support for the continu-
ation of the Orange County Health Planning Council and its designation
as the health systems agency for Orange County pursuant to the National
Health Planning and Resources Development Act of 1974 (Public Law
93-641).
