RESOLUTION NO. 75-178
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA RECOGNIZING THE CO~IUI~ITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF TIlE CITY OF SANTA
ANA AS THE LEAD AGENCY FOR THE PURPOSE OF
PREPARING THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT
FOR THE CITY COUNCIL'S REVIEW AND CONSIDER-
ATION PRIOR TO ACTING UPON TttE PROPOSED
SALE BY TttE REDEVELOPME~T AGENCY OF TtIE
SANTA ANA TOWERS SITE TO NATIONAL HOUSING
CONSULT~aNT'S INC. FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
200 RESIDENTIAL UNITS FOR SENIOR CITIZENS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA that it hereby recognizes the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana as the lead agency for the
purpose of preparing the Environmental Impact Report for the
sale by the Redevelopment Agency of the Santa Ana Towers site
to National Housing Consultant's Inc. for the construction of
200 residential units for senior citizens.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Environmental Impact
Report for Santa Aha Towers is hereby labeled Exhibit "A" to
this Resolution and shall be on file with the Clerk of the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby
certifies that it has considered and reviewed for said Environ-
mental Impact Report prior to acting upon the proposed sale
by the Redevelopment Agency of the Santa Ana Towers site to
National Housing Consultant's Inc. for the construction of 200
residential units for senior citizens.
PASSED ~ND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana at its re§ular meeting held on
15th day of December , 1975.
