A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA DESIGNATING CITY OFFICIALS WHO ARE
AUTHORIZED TO REPRESENT THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DURING HEARINGS CONDUCTED BY THE LOCAL AGENCY
FORMATION COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Bylaw Number 25 of the Local Agency Formation Commis-
sion, as amended in March, 1967, provides that the Chairman of the
Local Agency Formation Commission may require every city that wishes
to present testimony before the Local Agency Formation Commission
at a hearing to file a resolution of the city council of the city
authorizing certain representatives to appear on behalf of the city
at said hearing; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to extend the authorization
previously given under resolution 67-73 designating officials author-
ized to represent the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana hereby designates the Mayor, members of the City
Council, City Attorney, City Manager, the Assistant City Manager,
the Assistant to the City Manager, Planning Director and the Public
Works Director as the city officials authorized to represent the
City of Santa Ana before the Local Agency Formation Commission on
any matter under consideration by said Commission.
