It was moved by Cc~ci!man Markel, seconded by Hall and carried, that escrow
instructions be approved and signed with M%~rtle I. Belcher for property at 10~3
Reso. No. 57~115
Accept Grant Deed

West Sixth Street, ~n the sum of $7,000.00.
The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of
Councilman Hall, seconded by Markel and carried, the fo]lowing Resolutioa entitled:
"Resolution No. 57-115 ~ccepting Grant Deed"
from Myrtle I. Belcher, for property at 1053 West Sixth ~ ~
~tre.t, in the sum of
$7,000.00, was considered and passed by the following vote:

On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Markel and carried, the plans and
specifications were approved for the street improvements on the north side of Fairvi
Avenue and the east half of Center Street contIg~ous to Monte V!.sta Park, also
parkin~g area in Monta Vista Park~ Project C-12, and the Purchasing A~ent authorized

to advertise for bids to be opened ~$ay 6, 1957.
On motion of Councilman Markel, seconded by Hall and carried~ the communication from
the Boundary Co~mission, reference proposed annexation to the City of Santa Aha,
known as "$egerstrom A~uexation No. 3", advising that the boundaries of the proposed
annexation are reasonably definite a~d certain as corrected by the County Surveyor's
Authorize publication of
notice of intention
"North of T~stin/L~nexation"
Office, although it does cut property lines logically, was received and filed.
On motion of Councilman ~rkel, seconded by Gould and carr~ed~ authorization was
given for the pub!ieat~on of notice of intention to circulate a petition for annex-
ation of territory to the City of Santa Aha, known as "North of Tustin Annexation".
On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, the City Council
adjourned.
