RESOLUTION NO. 76-33
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AMENDMENT OF THE JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS
AGREEMENT FOR ORANGE COUNTY MANPOWER COMMISSION
WHEREAS, on February 4, 1974, the City Council
approved the participation of the City of Santa Ana in the
Orange County Manpower Commission and authorized the Mayor
to execute a Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement for Orange
County Manpower Commission, which agreement was executed
February 25, 1974, and thereafter amended, and
WHEREAS, the City Council now desires to continue
the participation of the City in the Orange County Manpower
Commission through September 30, 1977.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana that said Council approves that certain "Amendment
of Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement for Orange County
Manpower Commission," form dated March 4, 1976, a copy of
which is on file in the office of the Clerk of the Council,
and the Mayor is authorized to execute such amendment on
behalf of the City of Santa Ana.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana at its adjourned re§ular
meeting held on the 22nd day of March ,
1976.
