HomeMy WebLinkAbout76-051RESOLUTION NO. 76-51 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA D~NA AUTHORIZING AND DIRECT- ING THE CITY ENGINEER TO ISSUE CERTIFICATES OF COMPLIANCE FOR DIVISIONS OF LAND ON THREE PARCELS DESIGNATED BY ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBERS 101-360-51, 1-011-13, AND 101-111-01 BE IT RESOLVED that the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to issue certificates of compliance on behalf of the City of Santa Ana conforming in form and content to Exhibits A, B, and C, attached hereto and incorporated here- in as though fully set forth, and to cause the same to be filed with the Recorder of the County of Orange. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the parcels of real pro- perty resulting from the division of land as specifically des- cribed in the said Exhibits A, B, and C are hereby determined to comply with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and with the ordinances of the City of Santa Ana enacted pursuant thereto. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the certificates granted hereby are granted without conditions.
