A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPOINTING JAMES L. CONKEY,
RICHARD E. LAYt AND ROBERT C. SANGSTER
DEPUTIES OF THE CITY ATTORNEY FOR THE
PURPOSE OF SIGNING ALL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
BY LAW TO BE SIGNED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY
IN THE ABSENCE OF THE LATTER, AND REPEAL-
ING RESOLUTION NO. 75-150.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana:
That James L. Conkey, Richard E. Lay and Robert C. Sangster
are hereby appointed deputies of the City Attorney for the pur-
pose of signing, in the absence of the City Attorney, any and
all documents required by law to be signed by the City Attorney.
Resolution No. 75-150 of this Council, adopted on October
6, 1975, is hereby repealed.
ADOPTED, this 2nd day of August , 1976, by the
