RESOLUTION 76- 113
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE
INTER-COUNTY AIRPORT AUTHORITY TO
PREPARE AND FILE GRANT APPLICATIONS
FOR AIRPORT STUDIES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana:
That the City of Santa Ana as a joint sponsor,
authorizes the Inter-County Airport Authority(,ICAA"), as its
agent under the Joint Powers Agreement of 1974, to prepare
and file grant applications for airport studies for which the
necessary matching funds are available and to perform those
functions connected therewith as set forth in the Joint
Powers Agreement of 1974 between the sponsoring cities.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana on the 7th day of September ,1976, by
the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Evans, Brandt,
Garthe, Ward
NOES: COUNCILMEN:
None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Bricken
