RESOLUTION NO. 76-123 ~ A RESOLUTION qF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO ISSUE CERTI- FICATES OF COMPLIANCE FOR DIVISIONS OF LAND ON PARCEL DESCRIBED ON ORANGE COUNTY ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR FISCAL YEAR 1976-77 AS PARCEL NOS. 140-061-59, 140-061-60, 140-061-61, 140-061-62, AND 140-061-20 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA as follows: 1. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to issue certificates of compliance on behalf of the City of Santa Ana conforming in form and content to Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein as though fully set forth, and to cause the same to be filed with the Recorder of the County of Orange. 2. The parcels of real property resulting from the division of land as specifically described in the said Exhibit A are hereby determined to comply with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and with the ordinances of the City of Santa Ana enacted pursuant thereto. 3. The certificates granted hereby are granted without conditions.
