RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH~0
CITY OF SANTA ANA ESTABLISHING A FEE ~
SCHEDULE FOR MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENTS,
MASSAGE TECHNICIANS, FIGURE MODEL STUDIOS
AND FIGURE MODELS
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana has enacted an ordin-
ance regulating massage establishments and massage technicians;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana has enacted an ordinance
regulating figure model studios and figure models; and
WHEREAS, under the terms of said ordinances, permit
fees, sale or transfer fees, and change of location or name
fees are required to be paid to defray, in part, the costs of
administering said ordinances; and
WHEREAS, in the interest of fairness and equity, it
is the intent of the City Council to effect self-supporting
regulations for such businesses insofar as may be possible;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Santa Ana: That the following fee schedule is
adopted relating to the business of massage establishments, massage
technicians, figure model studios and figure models, and shall be
operative from and after the effective dates of Ordinance NS-1336
and Ordinance NS-1338, respectively:
For Massage Establishments and Massage Technicians:
1. Massage Establishment Permits $200.00
2. Massage Technician Permits 100.00
(Note: Massage Establishment Permit
applicants who are also Massage
Technician Permit applicants shall
only be required to pay the Massage
Establishment Permit fee.)
3. Massage Establishment Sale or Transfer 25.00
4. Massage Establishment Change of Location or Name 5.00
For Figure Modeling Studios and Figure Models:
1. Figure Model Studio Permits
2. Figure Models
(Note: Figure Mo~el'Studi~ P~rmit
applicants who are also Figure
Model Permit applicants shall only
be required to pay the Figure Model
Studio Permit fee.)
3. Figure Model Studio Sale or Transfer
4. Figure Model Change of Location or Name
