RESOLUTION NO. 77-9
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL CORRECTING
A CLERICAL ERROR IN RESOLUTION NO. 76-146
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Resolution No. 76-146, entitled "A Resolution
of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana Amending the Land Use
Element of the General Plan by Redesignating 12.4 Acres Located at
Greenville Street and Warner Avenue from Community Shopping Center
to Medium Density Residential" adopted by this Council on December
6, 1976, contained a clerical error in that the said resolution in-
correctly stated that the subject area was redesignated to "low
density residential," whereas the true intent of this Council, as
reflected in the title and in "Exhibit 76-4, General Plan Amend-
ment No. 76-4," was to redesignate the subject area to "medium
density residential."
2. That the hearings, deliberations, and actions of this
Council pertaining to the General Plan Amendment adopted by Reso-
lution No. 76-146 were properly conducted for the purpose of rede-
signating the subject area to medium density residential and were
properly noticed for such purpose, and that the said clerical error
did therefore not result in prejudice to any person.
3. That the Clerk of the Council shall correct the said
clerical error by striking out the word "low" and inserting in place
thereof the word "medium" on the face of the original Resolution
No. 76-146 now on file in the office of the Clerk of the Council.
