HomeMy WebLinkAbout77-039GCH:nr 3-18-77 RESOLUTION NO. 77-59 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ACCEPTING CERTAIN CONVEYANCES OF REAL PROPERTY OR INTERESTS THEREIN AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CERTAIN LEASE AND SUB LEASE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF FASHION SQUARE PARKING STRUCTURE. WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana has received an Economic Development Administration Grant financed under the Local Public Works Capital Development and Investment Act of 1976, Public Law 94-369 to construct a public parking structure in Fashion Square in the City of Santa Ana; and WHEREAS, certain documents relating to site acquisition, construction, operation and maintenance of the parking structure are necessary to effectuate the construction of the public parking structure. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: 1. The following documents necessary to effectuate the construction of the public parking structure are hereby approved and accepted: A. Grant deed to strip of land to the City from Federated Department Stores Inc., for public street purposes. B. Grant deed to strip of land to the City from Bank of America Realty Investors for public street purposes. C. Grant of construction easement to the City from Federated Department Stores. D. Grant of construction easement to the City from Bank of America Realty Investors. E. Grant of open air easement to City from Federated Department Stores, Inc. F. Grant of open air easement to the City from Bank of America Realty Investors. G. Lease Agreement to the City from Federated Depart- ment Stores, Inc. H. Sublease Agreement to the City from Fashion Square Associates. 2. The Mayor of the City of Santa Ana is hereby autho- rized to execute all of the above referenced documents necessary to effectuate the construction of the public parking structure.
