RESOLUTION NO. 77- 41
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA CHANGING THE NAME OF FIFTH STREET,
BETWEEN PARKCENTER DRIVE AND TUSTIN AVENUE TO
SIXTH STREET
WHEREAS, on the recommendation of the Planning Com-
mission, the City Council has determined that it would be in
the best interest of the City of Santa Aha to change the name of
Fifth Street, between Parkcenter Drive and Tustin Avenue, to Sixth
Street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Santa Aha as follows:
1. That the name of that certain street now named
Fifth Street, to the extent that said street lies between Park-
center Dr~ve on the west and Tustin Avenue on the east, is hereby
changed to Sixth Street.
2. That, pursuant to Section 34092 of the Government
Code of the State of California, the City Clerk shall promptly for-
ward a copy of this resolution to the Board of Supervisors of
Orange County.
3. That the Director of Public Works is instructed to
maintain street name signs on said portion of Sixth Street which
show the name heretofore used for said street for a period of
six months from the date of this resolution.
