A Special Meeting was held on the call of the Mayor, at 5:00 P.M., December 30, 1957, after service of written notice thereof was delivered to Dale H. Heinly, Royal E. Hubbard, Stanley C. Gould, Jr., A.A.Hall and J. Ogden Markel, and to the Tustin News, a newspaper, by United States mail posted December 27~957, who had demanded notice of Special Meetings. Meet~ing called to order by the Mayor. Present: Councilmen Absent: Councilmen Rest. No. 5?=320 Accept offer of State for gramting of easement for widening Delhi Road Royal E. Hubbard, A. A. Hall, J. Ogden Markel, D~le H. Heinly Ste~nley C. Gould, Jr. The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Hall, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the following Resolution entitle~ 'Resolution No. 57-320 accepting the offer of the State of California for the granting of an easement for street purposes for the widening of Delhi Road" to provide a building site for the construction of a National Guard Armory, was considered and passed by the following vote: Escrow instructions Aye s, Col~xo ~ 1 m~n Noes, Councilmen Absent, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, A. A. Hall, J. Ogden Markel, Dale H. Heinly None Stanley C. Gould, Jr. ~t was moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, that escrow in- structions be approved and signed with The Roman Catholic Archbishop of Los Angeles in the sum of $812.00 for property along the westerly side of Halladay Street Reso. No. 57-32-I Accept Deed Roman Catholic Archbishop ~f Los Angeles (Halladay St.) fm~ediately north of Central Street. The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Counc~l~e.u Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, the following Resolution entitled "Resolution No. 57-321 accepting deed granting easement for street purposes along the westerly side of Halladay Street ~mmediately north of Central Street" from the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Los Angeles, in the sun of $812.00, was considered and passed by the following vote: Leave of absence Ayes ) Councilmen Noes, Counc~_l men Absent, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, A.A.Nall, J. Ogden Markel, Dele H. Heinly None Stanley C. Gould, Jr. On motion of Counci~wau Hubbard, seconded by Markel and carried, Councilman A. A.
