RESOLUTION NO. 77-99
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA STATING ITS
INTENTION THAT A CERTAIN MISSION
NOT BE RELOCATED ADJACENT TO ANY
AREA OF THE CITY THAT IS OCCUPIED
FOR RESIDENTIAL PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana:
That this Council does hereby state its intention that,
if and when a certain Mission, operated by Missionaries At
Home, Inc. in the redevelopment project area of the Conununity
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana is relocated by
reason of purchase of its existing property by the City of Santa
Ana or said Community Redevelopment Agency, said Mission shall
not be relocated by the City or by said Community Redevelopment
Agency on any property that is adjacent to property occupied
for residential purposes.
