RESOLUTION NO. 77-111
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CLERK
OF THE COUNCIL TO DESTROY RECORDS OF
UNSUCCESSFUL BIDS, WHICH WERE FILED BY
HER ON OR BEFORE JUNE 30, 1975.
WHEI{EAS, the Clerk of the Council has requested
the approval of this Council to the destruction of certain
purchasing bid files in her office, consisting of unsuccess-
ful bids for purchasing requirements of the City, made be-
tween 1962 and June 30, 1975; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has given his written
consent to such destruction of said records; and
W/~EP~EAS, said records are not required to be re-
tained pursuant to the provisions of ~34090 of the Government
Code of the State of California, or other provision of law;
NOW, THEREFORE w BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA:
That the Clerk of the Council is hereby authorized
to destroy said records of unsuccessful purchasing bids filed
by her during the period commencing 1962 and ending June 30,
1975.
ADOPTED, this 5rd day of October , 1977 by the
following vote:
