RESOLUTION NO. 77-116
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AMENDMENT TO
THE REVENUE SHARING AGREEMENT WITH ORANGE
COUNTY WITH RESPECT TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF
PRENTICE PARK ZOO.
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors, at the request
of the City of Santa Ana, has, by its Resolution No. 77-138,
approved certain amendments to the Revenue Sharing Agreement
between the City of Santa Aha and the County of Orange with
respect to the development of Prentice Park Zoo; and
WHEREAS, additional time is required to complete
construction of the security lighting and fencing approved by
said amendment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Santa Aha as follows:
1. Amendment of the completion date for Prentice
Park Zoo to read December 31, 1977, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor of the City of Santa Ana is authorized
to sign an Amendment to Agreement to effectuate the said approved
amendment. The Clerk of the Council shall then forward said
Amendment to Agreement, together with four copies thereof and
with a copy of this Resolution to the Clerk of the Board of
Supervisors.
