RESOLUTION NO. 177-122
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AFFIRMING THE DECISION
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING CON-
DITITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 77-25 TO EXPAND
AN EXISTING PRE-SCHOOL AT 2129 WEST EDINGER
AVENUE.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held before the City
Council of the City of Santa Ana on October 17, 1977, on the
action taken by the Planning Commission in approving Con-
ditional Use Permit No. 77-25 to allow expansion of an existing
pre-school at 2129 West Edinger Avenue, and
WHEREAS, prior to taking action on said Contitional Use
Permit this Council has reviewed and considered the information
contained in Negative Declaration No. 77-211 for the subject
property and, on the basis thereof, finds ~hat the project will
not have a significant effect upon the environment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana as follows:
1. That based on such public hearing and the oral and
documentary evidence submitted therein, the City Council does
hereby affirm the action of the Planning Commission in approving
Conditional Use Permit No. 77-25.
2. That ~he City Council hereby adopts as its findings
of fact for approval of the Negative Declaration and Conditional
Use Permit No. 77-25 that certain "Findings of Fact, Conditional
Use Permit No. 77-25," prepared and submitted by the Planning
Commission, on file in the office of the Clerk of the Council
and incorporated by reference herein as though fully set forth.

by the following vote:
