A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
AMENDING THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT
ESTABLISHING THE SANTIAGO LIBRARY SYSTEM
TO ADD THE BUENA PARK LIBRARY DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA:
That that certain Agreement, a copy of which is on file
in the office of the Clerk of the Council, which said Agreement
a~ends the Joint Powers Agreement effective August 26, 1972,
establishing the Santiago Library System, to add the Buena Park
Library District, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized
to execute the same on behalf of the City of Santa Ana.
ADOPTED this 19th day of June , 1978, by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Ward, Garthe, Bricken~ 0rtiz~
Yamamoto~ Evans, Brandt
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
