RESOLUTION NO. 78-108
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION 78-56 TO
ESTABLISH FEES FOR RENTAL OF EDDIE WEST FIELD-
SANTA ANA STADIUM
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Aha:
SECTION I.
That Resolution No. 78-56, the Uniform Fee Schedule,
is hereby amended by adding to Section IX the following addi-
tional fees:
EDDIE WEST FIELD - SANTA ANA STADIUM
Rental rate for the Santa Aha
Unified School District per event
Flat Fee $588.00
Rental rate for local schools
Per event $395.00
plus security charges
Rental rate for commercial events
Per day $595.00
or 10% of gross admissions, whichever is greater
Rental rate for practice games,
two hour minimum Per hour
$ 20.00
Other services provided by City
(security, announcers, spotters,
scoreboard operator, etc.)
Net cost
SECTION II.
That the effective date of this Resolution shall
be July 1, 1978.
SECTION III.
That the rates
any commitments for fees
of this Resolution.
established herein shall not apply to
contracted prior to the effective date
