A Special Meeting was held on the call of the Mayor, at 2:00 P.M., October 6, 1958, after service of written notice thereof was delivered to D~le H. Heialy, Royal E. Hubbard, Stanley C. Gould, Jr., A. A. Hall, and J. Ogden Markel, and to the Tustin News, a newspaper, by United States mail posted October 3, 1958, who had demanded notice of Special Meetings. Gould, Jr., On motion of Counc~!m~n Ball, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the recommendation of the Pl"n~ing Commission was received and filed on the proposed annexation to the City, of property described as a portion of the County property situated west of Eing Street and its northerly projection, south of Trask Avenue, east of Ward Street, Petitions "West Santa Ana and north of the south line of Smeltser Avenue, and designated '~est Santa Ama Annex". On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by w,1 ] ~,~ carried, the petitions signed by property owners were received and filed requesting annexation to the City, of property described as a portion of the County property sit~,-ated west of King Street and its northerly projection, south of Trask Avenue, east of Ward Street, and north Reso.
