RESOLUTION NO. 79-1
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE TI~ AT
WHICH TEN~ATI~ PARCEL MAP NO. 1041 SHALL
EXPIRE
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 1041 was condi-
tionally approved by this Council on February 6, 1978, and
shall expire on ?ebruary 6, 1979, unless extended by this
Council pursuant to Section 34-105 of the Santa Ana Municipal
Code; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has applied for an extension
of the expiration date of said tentative parcel map;
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the expiration date of tenative
parcel Map No. 1034l shall be extended for a period of one (1)
year to February 6~ 1980, subject to the same conditions and
requirements as previously imposed upon the approval of said
map by this Council.
