Invocation was given by Reverend Gerald Bash of The First Christian Church. Each member of the City Council having received copies of the Minutes of the meetings of October 17, 1958, and October 20, 1958, readtng of the Minutes was dispensed with and approved on motion of Counctlm~ Gould, seconded by Nal I and carried.
