RESOLUTION NO. 79-31
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT
OF A CERTAIN ACTION FOR DAMAGES AGAINST
THE CITY
BE IT RESOLVED by City Council of the City of
Santa Ana, as follows:
That the City Attorney and Acting City Manager is
hereby authorized to settle that certain action filed in the
Superior Court by Sylvia Machado, a minor, by Alice Machado,
her Guardian Ad Litem, Plaintiff, v. The City of Santa Ana,
et al, Case No. 27-82-80 for the total sum of Twelve Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500.00), and to execute on behalf
of the City of Santa Ana all papers necessary therefor.
