RESOLUTION NO. 79-32
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING DESTRUC-
TION OF CERTAIN RECORDS IN THE OFFICE OF THE
CLERK OF THE COUNCIL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA:
1. That this Council does hereby find and deter-
mine that those certain recordings, maintained by the Clerk
of the Council, which are specified in the City Attorney's
memorandum to this Council, dated February 12, 1979, all
of which are more than two years old, are no longer required
to be maintained by the city, and, that the written consent
of the City Attorney to the destruction of the same has
been filed with this Council.
2. That this Council does hereby authorize and
approve destruction of said records, pursuant to the pro-
visions of Section 34090 of the Government Code of the State
of California.
