A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO ISSUE
A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana that the City Engineer is hereby authorized and
directed to issue a certificate of compliance on behalf of
the City of Santa Ana conforming in form and content to
Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein as though
fully set forth, and to cause the same to be recorded with
the Recorder of the County of Orange.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the parcel of real
property specifically described in the said Exhibit A is
hereby determined to comply with the provisions of the
Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and with the
ordinances of the City of Santa Ana enacted pursuant thereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the certificate hereby
granted is granted without conditions.
