RESOLUTION NO. 79~7
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AFFIRMING THE DECISION
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION GRANTING
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 78-26 AND
DENYING APPEAL NO. 402.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held before the
City Council of the City of Santa Ana on April 2, 1979, on
the action taken by the Planning Commission in granting
Conditional Use Permit No. 78-26, which application seeks to
allow conversion of 140 apartment units to condominitlms at
2301-2347 East Santa Clara Avenue in the R4 District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That based on such public hearing and on the
oral and documentary evidence submitted therein, the City
Council does hereby affirm the action of the Planning Commission
in granting Conditional Use Permit No. 78-26, and deny
Appeal No. 402.
2. That the City Council hereby adopts as its
findings of fact for approval of Conditional Use Permit No.
78-26 that certain "Finding of Fact, Conditional Use Permit
No. 78-26," prepared and submitted by the Planning Commission,
on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Council, and
incorporated by reference herein as though fully set forth.
