RESOLUTION NO. 79-60
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA STATING ITS WILLINGNESS AND ABILITY
TO IMPLEMENT CERTAIN PROJECTS INCLUDED IN THE
ORANGE COUNTY FISCAL YEAR 1979-82 FEDERAL AID
URBAN (FAU) PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said city is willing and able to implement the
projects identified on the paper attached hereto, identified
as "Exhibit A," and by this reference incorporated and made
a part hereof.
2. That this Council has identified a local source of
money that can be used to provide the necessary matching
funds for the prQjects, and that source of funds is the Gas
Tax Improvement Fund.
3. That funds in the amounts of the local share shown
on said "Exhibit A" are either presently identified within
this city's budget, or are identified for inclusion in a
future budget which coincides with the fiscal year for which
the project's phase of work is programmed.
4. That it is the intent of this City Council to make
whatever provisions are necessary to insure that FAU match-
ing funds for future years are available to support the
projects shown in said "Exhibit A."

1979, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Bricken, Griset, Luxembourger, Serrato,
Ward, Yamamoto
NOES: COUNCILMEN: Markel
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
