RESOLUTION 79-65
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING A COMPROMISE AND
RELEASE OF A CERTAIN WORKERS COMPENSATION
CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to pay
the sum of $11,920, being the total sum of $15,000.00 less
$3,080.00 heretofore paid to Leon Garland McCoy in return
for execution and delivery to the City of a Compromise and
Release of any and all Workers Compensation claims heretofore
filed by said claimant against the City.
