RESOLUTION NO. 7966
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT
OF A CERTAIN CLAIM FOR DAMAGES AGAINST
THE CITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to
settle that certain claim filed against the City of Santa
Ana by Robey Humphrey, a Minor, by Russell Humphrey, his
father and natural guardian, for the total sum of Twenty
Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00), and to execute on behalf of
the City of Santa Ana all papers necessary therefor.
