RESOLUTION NO. 79-70
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE TIME AT WHICH
TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 1030 SHALL EXPIRE.
WHEREAS, tentative Parcel Map No. 1030 was conditionally
approved by this Council on November 7, 1977, and was extended
by Resolution No. 78-116 on September 5, 1978, and shall
expire on May 7, 1979, unless extended by this Council
pursuant to Section 34-105 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code;
and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has applied for an additional
extension of the expiration date of said tentative parcel
map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the expiration date of tentative
parcel map no. 1030 shall be extended for an additional
period of six (6) months to November 7, 1979, subject to the
same conditions and requirements as previously imposed upon
the approval of said map by this Council.
