RESOLUTION NO. 79-77
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR
SERVICES OF AN INVESTMENT BANKER IN CONNECTION WITH
THE CITY'S PROPOSED MARKS-FORAN REHABILITATION PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA:
That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute, on behalf of the City of Santa Ana, that certain
"Agreement for Services of Investor Banker (Marks-Foran
Rehabilitation Program)" form dated 5/2/79, a copy of which
is on file in the office of the Clerk of the Council. Refer-
ence is hereby made to said copy for full particulars.
