R~bUTION NO. 79-83
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH RUTAN AND TUCKER, A PARTNERSHIP, FOR LEGAL
SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH PROPOSED DOWNTOWN
PARKING FACILITIES ASSESSMENT DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA:
That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute, on behalf of said City, that certain "Agreement
Between the City of Santa Ana and Rutan & Tucker for Legal
Services in Connection With the Proposed Downtown Parking
Facilities Assessment District", a copy of which is on file
in the office of the Clerk of the Council, to which copy
reference is hereby made for full particulars.
ADOPTED this 4th day of June, 1979, by the following
vote:
