A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA PROHIBITING PARKING ON FLOWER STREET
BETWEEN CIVIC CENTER DRIVE AND 17TH STREET
WHEREAS, the volume of traffic on Flower Street, between Civic
Center Drive and 17th Street, requires restrictions on the use of said
street for parking purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana as follows:
Parking is prohibited between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. except Saturdays,
Sundays and holidays on both sides of Flower Street between Civic Center Drive
and 17th Street.
