RESOLUTION NO. 79-95
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AFFIRMING THE DECISION
OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR APPROVING
MINOR EXCEPTION 79-11.
WHEREAS, on June 4, 1979, a public hearing was
duly held before the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
on Minor Exception 79-11, to allow on-sale beer and wine a
proposed restaurant within a shopping center within 300 feet
of residences at 2401 South Fairview Street in the C4 District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That based on such public hearing and on the
oral and documentary evidence submitted therein, the City
Council does hereby affirm the action of the Zoning Administrator
in approving Minor Exception 79-11.
2. That the City Council hereby adopts as its
finding of fact for approval of Minor Exception 79-11 that
certain "Finding of Fact, Minor Exception 79-11," prepared
and submitted by the Zoning Administrator, on file in the
Office of the Clerk of the Council, and incorporated by
reference as though fully set forth.
