RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ORDERING
CERTAIN CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS TO
THE ASSESSMENT ROLL AND DIAGRAM FOR A
SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT. (A.D. 241 -
SANTA AMITA NORTHF~ST)
CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, this City Council did, on the 4th day of June, 1979
confirm an assessment to represent the cost and expenses for
the works and improvements in a special assessment district
under the terms and provisions of the "Improvement Act of
1911", being Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of
the State of California, said special assessment district
known and designated as
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 241
(hereinafter referred to as the "Assessment District"); and
WHEREAS, it has now been discovered that a certain parcel as
assessed has been divided and sold into two parcels and it
would be in the best public interest and convenience to order
certain changes and modifications to the assessment roll and
diagram as previously confirmed by this City Council to truly
reflect the parcel alignment as they now exist.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The above recitals are all true and correct.
SECTION 2.
The confirmed assessment roll and diagram shall be
modified to the following particulars:
Assessment No. 31 as confirmed shall now be
divided to reflect the fact that the parcel
has been divided and sold into two parcels.
The newly created parcels and their assessment
designation and the assessment shall be as
follows:
NEW ASSESSMENT NO.
MODIFIED ASSESSMENT
31-A $ 863.88
31-B 1,845.60
The new legal descriptions to reflect the above-
referenced parcels are as follows:
31-A: The Easterly 126.58 feet of the Northerly
360" of Lot 21, Tract No. 1022, as shown on a map
recorded in Book 34, Pages 20 and 21, of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County.

31-B: The Southerly 90.00 feet of the Northerly
363.00 feet of Lot 21, Tract No. 1022, as shown
on a map recorded in Book 34, Pages 20 and 21 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
Excepting therefrom the Northerly 2.50 feet of the
Westerly 130.00 feet of the Southerly 90.00 feet
thereof. Also Excepting therefrom the Southerly
3.00 feet of the Easterly 43.00 feet of the
Southerly 90.00 feet thereof.
SECTION 3.
That the Superintendent of Streets is hereby ordered
to modify the assessment roll and diagram as recorded
in his office to reflect the above particulars.
