RESOLUTION 79- 117
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING A COMPROMISE AND
RELEASE OF A CERTAIN WORKERS COMPENSATION
CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to pay
the sum of $5,197.50, in return for execution and delivery
to the City of a Compromise and Release of that certain
Workers Compensation claim heretofore filed by Gregory D. Maskew
against the City regarding an injury incurred by said employee
on or about October 7, 1975.
