RESOLUTION NO. 79-2]5
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE TIME WHEN TENTATIVE
TRACT MAP NO. 10170 SHALL EXPIRE
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 10170 was con-
ditionally approved by this Council on June 5, 1978, and
will expire on December 5, 1979, unless extended by this
Council pursuant to the provisions of Section 34-176 of the
Santa Ana Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has applied for an ex-
tension of the expiration date of said Tentative Tract Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA:
That the expiration date of Tentative Tract Map
No. 10170 be, and the same is hereby, extended for a period
of six (6) months to June 5, 1980, subject to the same con-
ditions and requirements as previously imposed upon the
approval of said map by this Council.
