RESOLUTION NO. 80-8
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING DESTRUCTION
OF CERTAIN RECORDS IN THE OFFICE OF THE
CLERK OF THE COUNCIL
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA:
1. That this Council does hereby find and de-
termine that those certain recordings, maintained by the
Clerk of the Council, which are specified and listed here-
inbelow, all of which are more than two years old, are no
longer required to be maintained by the city, and, that the
written consent of the City Attorney to the destruction of
the same has been filed with this Council, to wit:
REEL-TO-REEL TAPE RECORDINGS OF THE
FOLLOWING CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS:
January 18 and 25, 1977
February 7 and 22, 1977
March 7, 21 and 29, 1977
April 4 and 12, 1977
May 2, 16 and 24, 1977
June 6 (2 tapes), 20 and 28, 1977
July 5, 18 and 26, 1977
August 1, 15 and 23, 1977
September 1, 6 (2 tapes), 15 and 19
1977
October 3 and 17, 1977
November 7, 11, 21 and 29, 1977
December 12 and 27, 1977
(2 tapes),
2. That this Council does hereby authorize and
approve destruction of said records, pursuant to the pro-
visions of Section 34090 of the Government Code of the State
of California.
