RESOLUTION NO. 80-23
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING A
STIPULATED SETTLEMENT OF A CERTAIN
WORKERS COMPENSATION CLAIM AGAINST
THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to pay
the sum of Ten Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Seven Dollars and
Fifty Cents ($10,237.50) plus reasonable medical-legal
expenses, in return for execution and delivery to the City
of a Stipulations with Request For Award of that certain
Workers Compensation claim heretofore filed by Terrell
Chantry against the City regarding an injury incurred by
said employee on or about October 28, 1977.
