RESOLUTION NO. 80-38
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO ISSUE
A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana that the City Engineer is hereby authorized and
directed to issue a certificate of compliance on behalf of
the City of Santa Ana conforming in form and content to
Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein as though
fully set forth, and to cause the same to be recorded with
the Recorder of the County of Orange.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the parcel of real
property specifically described in the said Exhibit A is
hereby determined to comply with the provisions of the
Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and with the
Ordinances of the City of Santa Ana enacted pursuant thereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the certificate hereby
granted is granted without conditions.

PROPERTY OWNER: Ray Madrid, dba Madrid Landscape
REAL PROPERTY: The northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of the
northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 16, Township 5 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho Las Bolsas in the city of Santa Ana, county
of Orange, state of California, as per map recorded in book 51 page 12 of
Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the county recoz~ler of said county.
EXCEPT the North 240.00 feet.
ALSO EXCEPT the East 145.00 feet.
See exhibits A and B attached hereto and made a part hereof.
The above-described real property resulting from a division of
land is determined to be in compliance with the provisions of
the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California (Government
Code Sections 66410 et seq.) and the ordinances of the City of
Santa Aha enacted pursuant thereto.
Issued pursuant to Government Code Section 66499.35 and Reso-
lution No. 80-38 of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana.
